Questions to Ask the Interviewer

A job interview isn't a one-way street. The most successful interviewees realize it is an intelligent conversation, a mutual give-and-take that should result in both parties communicating their relevant agenda and understanding the other better.

Asking questions of the interviewer is not only expected but makes you look more interested (and interesting) to the interviewer, providing of course the questions are intelligent and show you in a positive light. Moreover, beyond asking questions to demonstrate your pro activity and intellect, this is the time to ascertain whether the job really is suitable for you and to determine the actual nature of the role on offer. The following are just a few questions that can be asked to know what you're getting into

·  Why is this position open?
·  What level of experience/ skill are you looking for in the person who fills this role?
·  What kind of training would be available?
·  What would my initial responsibilities on the job be?
·  What would a typical day look like in terms of projects, responsibilities, deadlines etc?
·  Can you tell me something about the team I would be working with?
·  What objectives would you like the person in this role to accomplish?
·  Is there a specific career progression path that I would have with your company?
·  What are some of the more difficult problems I might face in this role?
·  What resources would the person in this role have - in terms of support, budget etc.
·  What significant changes do you foresee in the company in the near future?
·  In what areas do you consider your company to have the greatest strength?
·  How would my performance be evaluated in this position

Zindagi Mai Sakoon: Successful Life OR Easy Life

When we passed 8th class and promoted to 9th, most of us used to listen from their father, mother, brothers and sisters that
” Beta Matric kar lo, Phir Parhai Mushkil Nahi Hai, Phir Sakoon aa Jaye ga” OR “Bas Matrick Mushkil hai Agay Parhai Itni Mushkil Nahi hai”
or other statements like this. And these type of statements encourage us to study.
When we pass Matric/O Level and after a tough and confused time we decide whether to join Pre-Medical or Pre-Engineering or Computer Sciences in Intermediate. After deciding and getting admissions we start studying keeping in mind that Now the life will be easy, as we taught. But then we disheartened when we start facing troubles and again we found studying is a difficult thing. Then Again our families/other relations said the same thing
“Beta Matric Kar Lia, Ab Ye FSC Kar Lo, Phr University Mai Admission Mil Jaye Ga, Usky Baad University Mai Enjoy Bhe Karna Aur Parhai b Mushkil Nahi Ho Ge”.
And again we started to work hard and some of us finally succeeded.
Then again after a hard time and going through number of entry tests and merit lists we got admissions in universities and started university life with mindset that “Now Life Will be Easy and So Much Fun”. But, History repeats itself and again we started to feel difficulty in studying and quizzes, assignments, presentations and tension to maintain CGPA and a lot of others problems. But what happen at this stage we again listen the same statement from our families, friends and other relations
“Ab to Bus University kay 4 Years Parh lo, Phir Life Ban Jaye ge. Phir jo Marzi Karna”.
And again we started to study and dreaming the day when we will enjoy our income and Life.
After 4 Years:  Now our graduation is complete and we are waiting for the days we dreamed. But what happened this time, No Job, No Vacancy, No Enjoyment just disappointments from employers but we kept our spirits high and again starting putting CVs, giving interviews, tests and trying hard to find out references and lot more efforts to get AT LEAST A JOB.

Some of us got Jobs and working hard with enthusiasm to enjoy life. But what is this!!! Less income and more expenses, no increments, no promotions, shouts of boss and again we feel like falling on earth. And at this time some of us got disappointed from all this and even some of us start to use drugs to get peace in life.
But reality is “Zindagi Mai Sakoon Nahi hai” (Life is Never Easy). We are not in this world to spend life easily. What a beautiful quotation is this

That Who Thinks Life is A Bed Of Roses is living in A Fool’s Paradise
We have to work hard from the beginning and should have aims in life. Aims can be short term and long term and then start working hard to achieve those aims.

My request to parents kindly NOT To TEACH your children that life is easy. Teach your children to work hard, broaden their vision and keep working hard to achieve better and better.
Quaid-e-Azam, Muhammad Ali Jinnah said to student
You must devote yourself whole heartedly to your studies because this is your first obligation towards your state, your parents and yourself.
My dear friends kindly keep working hard in life with a path your choice. Look at this Giraffe. How hard is
for him to drink water but he is USED TO WORK HARD.

Best of Luck and Stay Blessed :)
